It is certified that Harris Pye DMCC with its registered office in P.O.Box 127969 12th Floor Mazaya Business Avenue BB-1 Jumeirag Lakes Towers Dubai United Arab Emirates has signed a license agreement with ERK^® as follows

- Licensed Technology(ies)

ERK^® Boiler Systems including Eckrohrkessel / corner tube boiler and Other Kind Of Industrial Boiler.

- Territory

	Exclusive territory-		None.
	Non-Exclusive territory-		Rest of the World.

Harris Pye DMCC is ERK's official licensee and has the right and license for manufacturing, procurement, erection, commissioning and maintenance of the licensed product in exclusive territory as well as non-exclusive territory as per contract.

This certificate is generally only valid as an online certificate on the website of ERK Eckrohrkessel GmbH, www.erk-systems.com.
